If something arrives damaged or incorrect
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us and we’ll help fast.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number,
A clear photo of the item, and
A clear photo of the packaging (if damaged).
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:
A free replacement, or
A refund (full or partial), or
Another fair solution depending on the situation.
Lost packages / delivery issues
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t find it, contact us right away. We’ll help you check with the carrier and confirm the delivery details. Replacement or refund decisions depend on the carrier’s tracking and investigation results.
Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/provider and can take several business days to appear.

Each piece is custom-made, so we do not offer standard returns.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll review the issue and work with you to find a solution.
