This Payment Policy explains how payments work on TurboMade (turbomade.com). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Accepted payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and Stripe.

Currency

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website at the time you shop and check out. If you are purchasing from outside the displayed currency region, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion and additional fees. These fees are set by your bank (not us).

When you are charged

Your payment is authorized and captured at checkout when you place your order. If we are unable to process your payment, the order will not be confirmed.

Taxes and duties

Applicable taxes may be calculated and added at checkout depending on your location.

For international orders, your country may charge duties, import taxes, or customs fees. These charges are set by your local government and carrier and are typically the customer’s responsibility unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout.

Order confirmation

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

Payment security

We do not store full payment card numbers. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments and Stripe using industry-standard security measures.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined or fails, please try a different payment method or contact your bank/card provider. You can also contact us if you believe your order went through but you did not receive confirmation.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first and we’ll do our best to fix it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution, and we may request information to support the order fulfillment and delivery.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider and can take several business days to appear.
